Class Schedule

Southern Sky Yoga offers classes seven days a week. Browse through the schedule of classes below. When you are ready to reserve your place, simply visit the online scheduler to register and pay online.

All classes are limited to 20-22 participants, depending on the class. Drop-ins are welcomed as space permits. Pre-registering online guarantees your place in class.

Please note that no entry is permitted once a class has begun. Be sure to arrive early if you plan to participate.

    • 6:30 p.m. Yoga Hour with Martha

    Thursdays

    • 9:30 a.m. Lengthen & Strengthen with Carlie
    • 6:30 p.m. All Levels Yoga with Suzie

    Fridays

    • 9:00 a.m. Gentle Yoga with Jessica(75 min.)
    • 6:30 p.m. TGIF Stress Relief Yoga with Diane

    Saturdays

    • 10:00 a.m. All Levels Yoga with Laura
    • 11:30 a.m. Advanced Beginner/Intermediate Yoga with Laura(75 min.)

    Sundays

    • 10:30 a.m. Morning Flow with Jessica
