Individual or Group Sessions

Yoga Session: Whether a private lesson for yourself to help you deepen your practice or a class just for you and your friends, we can taylor it to suit your needs.

Guided Meditation: Guided meditation is a form of meditation where an individual is verbally guided into a deeper state of consciousness. This purpose of the verbal instructions is to guide the practitioner to relax the entire body, clear the mind, and focus one’s awareness and attention. What one chooses to explore when meditating all depends on the individual’s intentions, needs, and level of interest and passion.

Guided Relaxation: Although there are similarities between guided relaxation and guided meditation, the goal of relaxation is to release mental and physical tension rather than to focus the mind for the purpose of entering a deeper state of consiousness. A guided meditation can revolve around a them, if you so choose, and typically involves breathing exercises to help initiate or deepen the level of relaxation.

Sound Relaxation: Musical instruments, namely the gong and the drum, have been used for thousands of years to bring about relaxed and metitative states. Repeated rhythms played on a drum engage the mind and help it to focus; and when the mind focuses on one thing, other thoughts slip away, allowing the mind to become ever more still. The sound produced by the gong, on the other hand, is a powerful, vibrating energy that allows the mind to move beyond its usual verbal and visual boundaries. By thus letting go of the usual "mind chatter" allows for the release of physical tension, mental stress, and negative feelings.
